TRX Suspension Training TRX Suspension Training group classes are a great way to increase your overall strength, greatly improve your core strength, tone muscles you never knew existed, and above all have a great time. In class, the focus is on increasing your overall stamina, challenging your core and balance, and increasing your strength. This class will use the TRX straps for over 90% of the workout. Focused movements at an up-tempo pace will challenge your cardiovascular system, power, and overall strength. The quicker pace of this class is more suitable for those who have experience with the TRX, however, all levels are welcomed and encouraged. Class Pass $250 for 10 classes $400 for 20 classes
