Jennifer Burningham Bio
Jennifer Burningham is a top trainer at Tri-D Fitness in Portland Oregon. Her qualifications and skills are some of the best in the Northwest. Her training focuses on the body and the mind. Jennifer focuses not only on workouts, but nutrition and lifestyle choices as a way to keep weight off, stay in shape and live the life you have always wanted to live. She works one to one with every person and individualizes training plans accordingly.
Jennifer's clients have experienced lasting success with their personal training goals because her methods are all-encompassing. She trains clients by incorporating not only the workouts in the gym, but the choices made outside of the gym. Jennifer trains clients to remain focused on their health and personal fitness goals. She has an understanding of individual needs and is able to push people to get them the results for which they strive.

Jennifer is an Olympic caliber runner. She ran her first marathon in November of 1995, placing 3rd with a time of 2:57.21. She continued to train for marathons and in 1999, ran her third marathon in Portland, placed 2nd and qualified for the 2000 Olympic Marathon Team Trials with a time of 2:48.24. In February 2000 at the Olympic Trials, she placed 50th in the nation. She qualified again in 2004 for the marathon Trials, but opted not to compete.
